I love Google Keep for all my note taking tasks. It does so much with its ability to capture web links, images and provide text grabbed from those images.

While reminders, checklists, labeling, colors and sharing notes with others round out Keep’s list of features, one thing that is a bit deficient is text formatting.

If you’re like me, you’d love to have a way to add bulleted or numbered lists, indent for sublists, format with bold, italic, or even use a special font right?

Well, some of those are available right in Keep though they are somewhat hidden.

Sublists

Text Formatting

How about text formatting for things like Bold, Underline, Italics or a special font? Well there are no features within Keep for that type of formatting, but where there’s a will, there is a way.

That way is with an ingenious website at https://boldtext.io/

So while Google Keep has a lot of features, I hope these tips will help you see that there is even more than meets the eye with Google’s favorite note taking app.

Thanks for reading, J.
